Gunpowder tea, also called imperial pinhead, is a Chinese green tea from the Zhejiang Province. This tea is blended with apple, licorice and calendula producing a robust and sweet flavor. Steep two to three minutes at 175 to 185 degrees.
Green tea is high in antioxidants and nutrients that may help aid in digestion, improve brain function and lower risk of cancer.
