Dragonwell, also referred to as Longjing, is one of China's most famous teas and possibly one of the most loved. Dragonwell comes from the Zhejiang Province and is pan-fired revealing a toasty and yeasty flavor that is reminiscent of chestnuts. Steep two to three minutes at 170 to 180 degrees.
