Spicely stands behind the products we sell. If you are less than 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 29 business days of your order.

If the product is already opened and you would like to return, unfortunately we can not return it back due to food safety issues. We can offer a partial refund for the opened products.

If you received the wrong item/shipment or if the product was broken, please let us know as soon as possible at customerservice@spicely.com and attach a picture. In addition, please provide your order number.
