Ras el hanout is a spice and herb blend traditionally used in Morocco to flavor soups, stews, and couscous. It is also essential in the North African dish pastilla and in most Moroccan tagine recipes.

Use 1 tablespoon per 4 cups of liquid, or 1 teaspoon per one cup of dry couscous.

Ingredients: organic pepper, organic cardamom, organic mace, organic cayenne, organic ginger, organic fennel, organic nutmeg, organic allspice, organic cinnamon, organic cloves, organic turmeric, organic lavender, and organic dried rosebuds.
