Kukicha is a Japanese blend that uses stems, stalks and twigs from the genus Cameilia sinensis. Naturally low in caffeine, this green tea has a nutty and sweet flavor. This blend combines zesty citrus peel and sweet fennel seed, the balance of flavor is tangy and a little sweet. Steep 2 minutes at 170-180 degrees.
