Hojicha is a Japanese green tea that is roasted and contains lower levels of caffeine. Through the roasting process, smokey and caramel notes develop in the tea. This blend is rich and chocolatey with a hint of jasmine that is a delicious after dinner treat. Steep for two minutes at 170 to 180 degrees.
