Fajita seasoning offers an easy way to make fajitas, a classic Tex-Mex dish with grilled meats and vegetables. Use as a marinade for meats, or add to a stir-fry with lots of grilled vegetables. Use 1 tablespoon seasoning per 1 pound of meat or 1 teaspoon per 1 cup of beans or vegetables.
To create a marinade, combine fajita seasoning with oil, lime juice and salt. Let the meat rest overnight, covered, in the refrigerator.
