Peppercorn melange is combination of black, white, green, and pink peppercorns. The black, green, and white peppercorns bring a classic combination of peppery heat while the pink adds a subtle sweet taste to the blend. Grind and use to season soups, salads and rice dishes.
Add peppercorns to your next stock or broth to by adding 1 teaspoon per 4 cups of liquid. Strain before using.
