RFD's food is made from certified organic vegetables, fruits, whole grains and high quality natural condiments. All menu items are free of meat, dairy, eggs, butter, cholesterol, saturated fats, preservatives, pesticides, artificial sweeteners, food dyes, trans-fats, soy-isolates and GMOs. Even the water used for both food & beverages is mineral-balanced, triple-filtered and purified!
We met Chef Tara at Natural Products Expo this March, and when we heard about RFD we were excited to be part of the picture! With our organic Za'atar seasoning, chef Tara made the Mediterranean Bowl - packed with wild arugula, heirloom tomato, avocado, lemon herb Za'atar dressing, cucumber kalamata salsa, white bean basil salad, red quinoa tabouli, almond feta, and whole wheat za'atar flatbread.
